Raj Hundal
Raj Hundal was elected to the Vancouver Park Board in 2008. He is a graduate of the both the University of British Columbia and the University of Manchester’s School of Law with a life-long involvement in politics.
Formerly a political aide to well respected MP Penny Priddy, Raj is a political activist who has participated at the local level in community policing, immigrant support services and as a liaison between Vancouver’s various cultural communities.
He is also a former Vision Vancouver executive member who has been involved with the party since its inception. Raj is a strong advocate of uniting progressive voters across the city to work together for progressive change.
Raj grew up in the Vancouver neighbourhood of Collingwood, where he and his immediate family still reside. Raj is married to Rajpreet, who has embraced Vancouver as her home after immigrating from the UK.
