Newest HEAT Shelters operating at full capacityVision Vancouver | January 15, 2010 - 11:36am
It has only been a few weeks but already the two newest emergency shelters opened by the City and the Province are operating at full capacity. The high demand of the two newest shelters, located at 677 East Broadway and 1435 Granville, have demonstrated the need for housing in neighbourhoods across Vancouver, and not just in the Downtown Eastside.
